Must Know Before You Go for WNDR Museum Tickets
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- General Admission: Children aged 0-2 years can enter free of cost. Child Tickets are applicable for visitors aged 3-12 years. Adult Tickets are applicable for visitors aged 13+ years.
- VIP Experience: Adults and Children will be charged at the same rates.
- While service animals are welcome inside WNDR, there may be areas and/or installations in the museum which are not fully accessible with a service animal.
- Cameras that will not interfere with the experience of other guests are allowed. The use of tripods is not allowed inside WNDR. Filming at WNDR for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Large bags, food and beverages are not allowed in the museum.
- WNDR reserves the right to ask visitors who do not follow these measures and other museum policies to leave the museum’s premise.
- Backpacks/camera bags/diaper bags are allowed! Please note, we do not have a bag check so your back must be kept with you at all times.
- All but three exhibits are accessible, and we do have a portable ramp available for use.
- Slots from 12:00 PM to 7:45 PM have an increased price.

Confirmation Policy
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hours of successful booking.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
